President Grace Jean and junior Alex Kim are actively educating parents and students alike on the goals and benefits of Spotlight and solar energy.
Project managers Isabelle Kwok (12) and Megan Wu (11), as well as Katherine Zhang (12) and Alex Kim (11) make their way to The Rinks at Anaheim Ice for Spotlight's first fundraiser! They all had plenty of fun educating the local communities of the benefits of solar energy and Spotlight's purpose and goals for a brighter today.
Today Spotlight gathered together for a lunch-time rally in order to reach out, educate, and involve the Diamond Bar student body in their journey of installing solar panels at DBHS and creating a brighter today! Games, prizes, dogs, and solar energy resulted in a great turnout and lots of fun.
President Grace Jean (11), project managers David Lee (11) and Megan Wu (11), as well as senior Ariana Garcia speak about solar energy and Spotlight at local elementary school, Evergreen Elementary.
After successfully finishing our 'Solar Energy' mural, Spotlight headed up to the front of the school to install the educational and aesthetically pleasing mural. Special thanks to the Mural team who oversaw the project!
